Can we keep our existing site?

Is this a loophole?
No. We remove risky language and send compliant events from a clean domain. The goal is policy alignment and privacy protection—not evasion.
How fast can we go live?
Onboarding itself is relatively quick. However, before getting started you will need to have a compliant landing page built, a new domain where that landing page is hosted, and a fresh Meta pixel generated. Getting these together can take days or up to a couple of weeks. Our team is available to help guide you along the way—reach out to us with questions.
Do you manage ads or make creatives?
No. We keep your ads and data compliant; your team or agency runs buying and creative.
What does it cost?
$95/month + $2 per $1,000 in processed revenue (0.2%). The first $10,000 processed each month is included. Optional services: $200/hr dev, $300/hr strategy.
What's included in the platform fee?
White-glove onboarding, Ad & landing page pre-checks, session stitching, domain masking, keyword cleansing, and backup custom events.
Do we need a new domain?
Yes, it is a requirement that you have a new domain for the compliant landing page, especially if your current domain is already restricted. We'll provide best-practice structure and metadata so it's approvable and fast.
Do we need a new pixel?
Not always. In many cases we can keep your existing pixel and route compliant server-side events from the clean domain. We'll advise during setup.
Will this restore optimization if our domain is categorized?
Yes, by sending clean, compliant events from the approved domain, Meta's learning and delivery can stabilize again.
What about privacy and PII?
We avoid transmitting sensitive health terms in URLs/payloads and use server-side delivery for compliant signals. We do not spoof outcomes or send disallowed data.
Does “renaming events” fix this?
No. Event renames and custom eventsalone don't address site/payload risk or ad approval challenges. The fix is clean destination + clean data + clean domain.
Shopify vs. custom sites—any difference?
The product and solution function same, no matter the install method. Shopify installs are fastest. Custom sites are supported via our custom dev services.
What if our account is already in bad health?
Most brands come to us after they've been penalized. Our goal is to help get back live, and stay live.
How do we measure success?
Success is being able to advertising again on Meta, without fear of restriction. This is measured through ad approvals, unrestricted flow of events (e.g., Purchase), ability to scale spend.
